    With QSC's online tool, you can assess your school yourself in the six quality development areas of QSC. In this way, you will find initial indications of strengths and challenges in your school.

    The goal of the self-evaluation is for all educational leaders to give themselves a candid overview of where their institution is on the road to continuous improvement. The questionnaire is divided into six quality areas: Strategy, Relevance, Compliance, Clarity, Satisfaction, and Adaptability. In addition, each question is linked with a quality impact area representing all the critical areas of a school used as a basis for the QSC certification.

    Start your self-evaluation by rating the following statements on a scale from 1 to 5 (1 = strongly disagree, 5 = strongly agree). You can fill them out from the point of view of a school leader.

    Strategy: The existence and awareness of a multi-year development plan align with the school vision and mission statement with clear milestones and achievable goals.

    How clear are the institution's student admissions and withdrawal criteria communicated and understood by the community?

    How well is your internal and external communication policy established and followed by faculty and staff (e.g., social media)?

    Satisfaction:The services, organization, and structures correspond to the expectations of the institution's users.

    Does the institution have a precise and clear dashboard measuring and benchmarking the quality of the academic services and results provided?

    Do you measure and act on the satisfaction levels of the families concerning:

    Admissions procedures

    Information sharing throughout the year

    Student transfers to other institutions

    How close to the institution's goals are the indicators of:

    Staff turnover

    Student retention

    Inclusion of students with differences (learning, LGBTQ, and cultural background)

    Adaptability:Services, organizational methods, and structures will likely change in response to new constraints.

    How well defined are your early warning indicators and contingency plans in case of higher or lower than projected enrolment?

    The institution has a well-documented and practiced procedure in case of evacuation and lock-down

    The institution actively seeks and implements changes and continuous improvement through input from external advisors (board, accreditation).
